What To Expect For Each Pest Control Service
Your pest control technician will conduct a thorough interior and exterior inspection at every visit.
To keep pests out of your home, your technician will treat the exterior perimeter. If you choose Home Shield Plus or Home Shield Complete, you may receive additional treatments targeting mosquitoes, fire ants, and other outdoor pests.
Inside your home, your pest control technician will treat the kitchen and other areas where insects and mice often infest.

We called A-1 after finding out that we had mice in our house. (thanks to our cats) We called A-1 and they sent Caleb to inspect our house. He discovered that we not only had mice, we also had a moisture issue in our crawl space due to water entering after heavy rains. Lucky for us, A-1 does crawl space encapsulation as well as pest control. We signed up for the quarterly pest control and had our crawlspace encapsulated (along with a lot of other work). Discussed in detail what A1 could do to incapsulate the crawl space and help me with my moisture issues under the house.The 2 gentlemen that did the work, Nick and Chris, were very experienced and professional. I'm so glad you found A1 when I was having a few pest issues at my home. I called James Williams, he made the process easy and got with scheduling to get me worked in ASAP. I have had Logan and another gentlemen come to my house and my girlfriend's house and with above and beyond customer service skills that honestly has left me blown away. Logan has even worn shoe booties to respect the interior of my home without me having to ask (not that I would have), it was a grand gesture. Definitely give these guys a call if you got any ants/termites/spiders/etc. I have seen a reduction already. A-1 helped us "evict" an ADORABLE flying squirrel that thought he was a member of our family. We actually named him "Rupert!" He was almost tame and would interact with us IN our house! We thought he might have at one time been a pet that someone turned loose. They understood our request NOT to kill or harm him in ANY way. Their staff & crew did a thorough assessment of our entire log cabin inside and out. Holes were discovered outside and were patched, filled and sealed. We have been impressed with their service even before they came to our home.
